About
Across a decade of creative practice, I’ve learned that the best creative work starts with a strong idea. I’m at my best finding the concept that holds everything together, then figuring out the most compelling way to bring it to life — through identity, storytelling, imagery, experience, or whatever form the idea calls for.
My approach sits between strategy and intuition, thinking and making. And the path that got me here was non-linear.
I started out as a design educator, teaching visual design while researching and developing curricula and leading a team of lecturers. Editorial came next, where I co-founded a graphics magazine and became its Editor-in-Chief. Then came an unexpected wander into jewelry — different in form, but surprisingly familiar in the way ideas became concepts, stories and products.
Each chapter gave me a different creative muscle: teaching taught me to articulate why something works, editorial sharpened my instinct for story and point of view, and jewelry broadened the mediums I could think through. What once looked like detours now feels like part of the same path — together shaping the multidisciplinary practice I have today.
